We wanted to organize the event as a turnkey solution, without any worries of actually organizing ourselves. Satumaa Events succeeded perfectly in this. Communication was smooth from the beginning, which created confidence in the success of the event. Our previous company parties have been formulaic and not very inspiring, but this time, thanks to the event organizer, a different, very positive result was achieved. The positive feedback from the staff was apt to influence the fact that Satumaa Events organizes the company's party this year as well.
We wanted to organize an event for our staff after a long time. The number of invitees was large, so there were challenges where to find the right venue and what else was required to organize the event. We contacted Satumaa Events and went through together what we wanted and what style of event we were organizing. We went through the quotes clearly and already at this point I got the feeling that we were heard and that our wishes were taken into account, as throughout the entire project. The event was very successful and we received really positive feedback from the participants. In the past we have organized all events ourselves and it has been a very time tacking process. And then also during the party, I have had to be alert the whole party that everything runs smoothly. Now when organized with Satumaa Events, I knew that everything had been taken into account, e.g. regarding permits and I was also able to enjoy the party myself.
We organized our company's summer day in Satumaa Events’ own venue at Rymättylä. Not only was the place great and functional for our summer party but also it was super easy to arrive there with the transportation organized by Satumaa Events. The food was good and there was enough of it. Also the program was nice and the organizing of the event went all and all well from the beginning right until the end. I didn’t need to do anything myself, only to arrive at the venue as a host as everything else was taken care of.
